Rear AC Block Off Kits

Our Rear AC Block Off Kits are made in Flint, MI, using high-grade materials and precision machining. Unlike generic kits, ours are designed for a perfect seal and long-term durability—even in high-pressure systems. They're a smart, permanent solution for bypassing a leaking rear AC system without compromising performance up front.

Our rear AC block off kits are designed to be installed at the front of the vehicle, where the rear AC lines begin. This effectively isolates and disables the entire rear AC system, including the lines, without affecting the front AC performance.

When installed correctly and the system is properly recharged, our rear AC block off kits do not affect the performance of the front AC system. The driver and front passenger will experience normal cooling. However, rear passengers may notice reduced airflow or comfort, especially in larger vehicles, since the rear evaporator is no longer in use.

When installing rear AC block off kits, apply a very small amount of either: Refrigerant oil (compatible with your system’s refrigerant), or Silicone-based grease This helps ensure a proper seal without damaging the O-rings.
