Website Privacy Statement The only personal data Auto Cooling Solutions currently collects through this website is the information you voluntarily give when you use this site. For example, you may use the message form to contact Auto Cooling Solutions with your requests, questions and comments. When you send us a message or email, we ask you for your name and other contact information, such as your email address. Auto Cooling Solutions uses the information you provide to respond to your email. This may or may not involve sharing the information with Auto Cooling Solutions associates.
Auto Cooling Solutions ONLY provides customer support, technical support, warranty service, or customer assistance to our customers. ACS provides zero technical support, warranty service, or customer assistance to anyone who did not purchase directly from Auto Cooling Solutions. No exceptions.
Warranty
Products are warranted for one year from date of sale to the original customer against defects in workmanship and materials providing the installation and use of these products are in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applications. The manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to repair or replace at the manufactures option. The product provided it is returned transportation prepaid within one year within date of sale to original customer. Defects or failures due to incorrect installation, improper usage, improper alterations or handling, or by any other conditions beyond our control, are excluded from this warranty. Warranty covers the part purchased from Auto Cooling Solutions only, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Auto Cooling Solutions covers return shipping costs of a warranty item within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer after 30 days from purchase. If you need to return a defective item, you must process a return through our "returns page".
Limited lifetime warranty on Rear AC line kits, Block Off Kits, Line Repair Kits
High pressure replacement rear line kits and block off kits are warranted for the life of the vehicle to the original customer against defects in workmanship and materials providing the installation and use of these products are in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and applications. The manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to First option: repair or Second option: replace at the manufactures discretion. The item must be returned to the manufacturer for testing before any repair or replacement will be issued. Defects or failures due to damage, incorrect installation, improper usage, improper alterations or handling, or by any other conditions beyond our control, are excluded from this warranty. Warranty covers the part purchased from Auto Cooling Solutions only, and does not cover incidental or consequential damages, does not cover any labor customer may pay to have someone else install. Auto Cooling Solutions covers return shipping costs of a warranty item within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer after 30 days from purchase. The customer must provide a copy of the original invoice at purchase. A copy of original invoice must accompany the returned part. After one year the customer is responsible for the return shipping and a $25.00 processing fee. Any returned item found to be not defective will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
