Heavy-Duty Repair for 1/2" (#8) AC Lines
The TR8 EZ Flex™ Repair Kit is specifically engineered for 1/2" (0.5") Outside Diameter aluminum lines. This large-diameter size is commonly found on the suction side (low pressure) of heavy-duty trucks, vans, and rear A/C systems on SUVs (like Suburbans, Expeditions, and Econolines).

Standard lengths (6", 12", 24", 36") are fully returnable. However, if you select a custom length or request customized fitting ends, these are made-to-order and are NON-RETURNABLE. Please measure your gap twice!
Installation Overview
- Cut: Remove the damaged section of your 1/2" line.
- Deburr: File the cut edges smooth (Critical to prevent O-ring damage).
- Tighten: Slide the compression nuts on and tighten to create a leak-proof seal.
