Need a specific length that isn't on the shelf? We build it for you.
Sometimes a standard 12-inch or 24-inch repair kit just won't fit. Whether you are routing around a supercharger, restoring a classic car, or fixing a line with unique bends, our Custom AC Line Repair Kits offer the flexibility you need. We assemble these in the USA using the same high-pressure rubber and aluminum compression fittings as our standard kits.

How to Order Your Custom Kit (4 Easy Steps)
Step 1: Measure Your Line Diameter
Identify the Outside Diameter (O.D.) of your aluminum line.
Select Yours: 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", 8mm, 12mm, 14.5mm.
Step 2: Measure Your Required Length
Measure the exact gap you need to bridge. (Example: You need to replace a 29-inch section of damaged tubing; you order a 29" custom kit).
Step 3: Select the "Length" Above
In the selection buttons, select the length option that is longer than your measurement.
(Example: If you need 29", select the 36" option).
Step 4: Tell Us the Exact Cut Length
CRITICAL: Before you check out, go to your Cart. Look for the box labeled "Order special instructions".
Type your exact length there.
(Example Note: "Please make the hose length 29 inches.")
Why Choose a Custom EZ Flex™ Kit?
- Perfect Fitment: No excess hose looping around the engine bay.
- Route Flexibility: Bypass headers, moving pulleys, or rub-points that caused the original leak.
- High-Pressure Rated: Assembled and pressure-tested in our US facility to meet or exceed OEM specs.
- No Special Tools: Installs with standard wrenches. No crimping tool required.
Standard vs. Custom: Which do I need?
If your repair allows for a standard length (6", 12", 24", 36"), we highly recommend buying from our Standard AC Line Repair Kit page. Standard kits are returnable and ship faster.
Note: "Length" refers to the total length of the flexible repair section including the fittings.
